The Burial Register of any Victorian era cemetery reads like an encyclopedia of illnesses long forgotten or vanquished, strange diagnoses and sad tragedies.

Women's rights are human rights. Equality rights are of particular importance, given the unequal treatment women have historically experienced in Canada.
You have almost certainly never heard of the women we will talk about on this walk, but know that they fought tirelessly for equal pay, equal opportunities, and equal access as the men who ran the world around them. On this tour, you will be introduced to more women who paved the way for us to follow.
